How long does the order take?

Expect about two weeks from the time you mail your order and photo to the time you receive your order.  You can shorten that time with express overnight delivery one or both directions. If you express mail your order here, please sign the release so that the package can be left without a signature.

Can I pay a rush fee?

We rush all orders. The only way to expedite the order is to use express mail in one or both directions.

Can I email an electronic image?

We scan our photos in at a high resolution (300 dpi).  If your digital camera can support that, then we can use your electronic image.  Not sure?  Send us a sample image at photos@littlebigman.org and we'll let you know.

Can I make any changes?  What can I change?

You can change photos, colors, wording, fonts, icons and anything else you can imagine.  Just note the on the order form or draw a rough-draft of your layout on a separate piece of paper.  If you make changes Little BIG Man requires you approve a proof before we print.

Any photo, color or black and white, can be used.  Professional copyrighted photos must include a release from the photographer.  You may send more than one photo and we will select the one that will work best.  We do not recommend using photos printed on a home printer.

Yes, plain white envelopes with a flap are included with every order. We can print return addresses on the envelopes for an additional fee. See www.littlebigman.org/envelopes.htm for sample styles.

We can not use a copyrighted image of any sports team or league without their permission. We can use generic helmets in different colors. Or you can take a photo of your child wearing your favorite team's sports jersey.
